Mentorship Program
Acomi currently manages a mentorship program for youth of
African heritage at the Daniel McIntyre High School in Winnipeg.
The program called "All That Kids Can Be" is funded by
United Way Winnipeg. There is a weekly gathering of the students involved on
Wednesdays after school with some activites during the weekend.

Acomi Resource Centre
The Acomi Resource Centre was opened in the fall of
2007. It has been on the forefront in Acomi's delivery of services
and programs to the African communities, and the surrounding
neighborhood of the Central Park Community in downtown Winnipeg. Services and Programs:
- Drop in Services
- Computer access to the community
- Information and referral services
- ACOMI / Manitoba Housing Tenants Advisory Group
- Literacy Program (ESL)
- Snack program
- Student Placement
- African Djembe Drumming
- Homework program
- Tenants’ Advisory Food Bingo
- Free Income Tax preparation
- Volunteer Placement
- Meeting facilties for ACOMI affiliate organizations or community groups.
